The students of the Nupur Folk Dance Academy have given several performances to date:
Academy’s Annual Folk Dance Performance event:
Students performed at the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce: October 2004 Diwali Festival.
Performed at The Maharashtra Day celebrations at ICC, Milpitas May 16th 2004.
May 2004: CET Auditorium, San Jose.
Performance for KMVT channel 15 –Mountain view Community TV channel in December 2003.
May 2003: Hyde Middle School Auditorium, Cupertino.
May 2002: The Cubberly Auditorium, Palo Alto.
Family Day events at the Euphrat Museum in spring of 2000, 2001 and 2002.
Cupertino Senior Center, November 2001.
May 2001: Community Room, Cupertino Library, Cupertino.
In October 2000, the students of the Academy performed in the Diwali program organized by ‘Friends of the Cupertino Library’, held at Cupertino Library Community Room.
Participated and won several prizes every year since 1999 in the folk dance competitions organized by ICSC (ICC) and also by other organizations like SRI Communications.
Folk dances for the Bay Area Maharashtra Mandal, a non-profit organization, for their various performances.
Numerous performances in the City of Cupertino and San Jose.
